Potatoes and Grilled steak

This recipe is simple. On a scale from 1-5, 5 being the highest. I would say it is a 2. I am currently looking for a consistent way to rate the easiest/hardness of my recipes.
This steak was about gone before I take a picture. I made it just in time and snapped a picture of the last one. You may recall me saying before that we may have been reincarnated from the cowboy days because steak is one of our fav meats.
I have been working on the perfect marinade. I also have been throwing ingredients together for years and not writing anything down. Thanks to this blog I can remember exactly what I did. So hear it is, no need for steak sauce I only added some for the picture
You will need:
Marinade:
- 3 lbs of thin cut T-bone or ribeye steak(5 steaks)
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 tbs worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbs soy sauce
- 1 tsp lemon juice concentrate
- 1 1/2 tsp steak seasoning
For potato salad:
- 6 large redskin potatoes
- 2 tbs salt (for water)
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 tsp mustard
- 1 tbsp. relish
- salt and pepper to taste
- paprika
This was just enough marinade, combine all ingredients, add steak, poke holes throughout steak. cover and place in the fridge about 2 hours. Lets make potato salad while we wait. Dice potatoes in medium size chunks. Place potatoes and 2 tbs salt in pot, bring to a boil. Place eggs in a pot and bring those to boil. Potatoes should feel firm but not at all hard. Pour into strainer and rinse with cold water for a couple minutes. Put these potatoes in a large bowl. When the eggs are done, peel immediately under cold water. Put four into the bowl with the potatoes and break them up with a fork. Put the other 2 in the bowl(do not break them up). Place bowl in the frig. I would start my grill now. I only cook on charcoal. It can take 15-30 minutes to get to the temperature I like to cook on. The steaks only take maybe 10-15 minutes to cook and I like mine well done. To finish out your potatoes salad, just mix the rest of the ingredients, flatten the top. slice the 2 whole eggs. Use only the slices that come out with yoke and whites, like the picsprinkle with paprika in a side to side motion. Serve with a salad and you are done.
