White Wine Chicken Breasts

This recipe was just a look in cabinet and see what I have to make something a little different.
You will need:
- 1 bag of thawed chicken breasts, about 5 came in my bag
- 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp of seasoned salt
For potatoes:
- 5 redskin potatoes
- 1 small onion
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 3 tsps. white salt
You will also need 1 can of peas.
Make sure your chicken breasts are fully thawed. To start, dice potatoes into small chunks, but not so small that they turn to mush. Take a look at the picture again if need be. Dice onions smaller than the potatoes. Add potatoes, onions, Italian seasoning and white salt to water. Bring water to a boil. Once the water boils, turn it down to a medium high.
Place white wine, chicken and seasoning salt over medium heat. Do not over. Cook about 10-15 minutes per side or until done. It normally does not take chicken breasts long to cook.
by this time your potatoes should be done. poke them with a fork, if the are soft, drain water off and put them back into the pot. Taste them. Mine needed a little more salt.
Heat your peas and you are done.
