Mushroom, Broccoli and Rice Casserole

Remember this recipe uses ingredients from the chicken, broccoli, and rice casserole.
You will need:
- about 2 cups of cooked Jasmine rice
- 1 4 oz can of mushrooms, drained
- 2 cups of cooked frozen broccoli
- 1 can of cream of celery soup
- dash of seasoned salt
- 2 capfuls of milk
Mix all ingredients in a 8×8 pan.
Flatten.
Top with 1 slice of American, 2 slices of Colby jack.
Cook 15 or until heated through and top is bubbly.
BOOM! done. Now that’s one simple meatless dish.
